On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot username or password? and enter your email. We'll send a link to set a new password, and the same email includes your username. If it doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder.

1. Open the Profile tab and tap the gear icon in the top-left.
2. Under Account, tap Delete Account and confirm.

This permanently deletes your profile, uploads, and sign-in. It can't be undone. If you can't get into the app, email us from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you.

Tap the ⋯ button on any artist card, or press and hold a comment or chat message, then choose Report. Our team reviews every report within 24 hours and removes content and accounts that break the Terms of Service. Hindo has zero tolerance for abusive or objectionable content.

Use the same ⋯ / press-and-hold menu and choose Block user. You won't see their profile, comments, or messages anymore. To undo it, go to Profile → gear icon → Safety → Blocked Users and tap Unblock.

MP3 and M4A files work best. WAV files work too but are much larger, so they take longer to upload. Make sure you have a steady connection and keep the app open until the upload finishes. If a clip still won't play, email us with the slot title.

Beats are delivered by email to the address you entered at checkout, with the licence attached and a download link that works for 7 days. Check spam first. If it's not there, or the link has expired, email us with your order email and we'll resend it.

Open your Profile and tap the Payouts card to connect a payout account through Stripe. Once Stripe verifies you, your listed beats can be purchased on hindo.app/beats and payouts go straight to your bank.
